Bildlexikon

A Masculine Noun: der Pulli

Nominative:

  • Das ist ein blauer Pulli.
  • Der blaue Pulli ist warm.

Accusative:

  • Ich habe einen blauen Pulli.
  • Ich möchte den blauen Pulli kaufen.

A Feminine Noun: die Jacke

Nominative:

  • Das ist eine rote Jacke.
  • Die rote Jacke ist wasserdicht.

Accusative:

  • Ich trage gern eine rote Jacke, weil mir diese Farbe gut steht. → I like wearing a red jacket because this colour suits me.
  • Ich kann die rote Jacke nirgendwo finden. – I can’t find the red jacket anywhere.

A Neuter Noun: das Handy

Nominative:

  • Das ist ein altes Handy. → This is an old mobile.
  • Das neue Handy ist sehr teuer. → The new mobile is very expensive.

Accusative:

  • Ich brauche dringend ein besseres Handy. → I urgently need a better mobile.
  • Ich möchte das neue Apple-Handy (oder Android-Handy) kaufen.
